Overview of the role:
This Business Process Analyst (BPA) is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing the initiatives for APEX Workstream 2 across all brands. Apex WS2 consists of transformational capabilities across people, process, and technology for Innovation Portfolio Planning and NPL (new product launch) execution. 
Additionally, the BPA will monitor risks and successes and report to the Program Lead. Primary duties include working with cross-functional partners to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions to support an efficient process, as well as implement, educate and support the Brands. 

Business Goals:
• Work with Program Lead and Technology team to develop and document requirements for new technology systems • Document business processes 
• Analyze/translate user’s stories and requirements in support of training requirements/curriculum • Write test cases based on requirements 
• Execute tests on all levels (system, integration, regression, user acceptance) 
• Identify, document and follow through resolution of issues 
• Develop training content across various mediums 
• Deliver technical end user training virtually 
• Support NPL COE on other APEX Workstream 2 specific project tasks 
• Analyze and document NPL process and opportunities for improvements 
• Maintain educational documentation for Workstream 2 initiatives 

Skills & Qualifications 
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to everyone from senior brand leaderships to junior regional supply chain members 
• Highly analytical - analyses data and provides clear fact-based presentations to stakeholders
• Must be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills 
 • Excellent problem-solving skills and quick to react and respond to changes 
 • Must possess the ability to multi-task, establish priorities and be flexible in an ever-changing environment 
 • Exceptional orientation - strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to get things done • Ability to use computer systems necessary to meet department objectives including Excel, Word, Power BI, PPT 
• College/University degree required 
• NPL / Supply Chain / Analytics experience preferred
