- The client is looking for Tier 2 support, including imaging and deploying PCs, some face to face interaction, but mostly over the phone
- A car will be provided. Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
- The position is located at Fountain Square, with partial work from home after the training period
- Day travel may be required.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Client is not an inbound call center.
- Client support Windows 10, Office 365, ArcGIS, Adobe products, mobile phones (Airwatch MDM), and Microsoft's Always On VPN.
Minimum Qualifications Candidates should be proficient with providing support on current Windows products (Windows 10, Office 365, ArcGIS, Adobe products, mobile phones (Airwatch MDM, and Microsoft's Always On VPN) and using ITIL platforms.
