Overview of the role:
The Helpdesk Analyst will provide phone support as part of a 15+ member team responsible for Tier I and II 24/7 technology support for retail counter workers. The team is responsible for PC-based POS and Mobile POS (MPOS) support, troubleshooting Hardware and Software pc problems, printing problems, digital signage, networking/WiFi issues, telecom support, connectivity issues, and applying patches as needed.
* 3+ years of Help Desk / Phone support experience
o Troubleshooting skills
o Windows 7/10 support
o Retail / POS / MPOS experience is preferred
o WiFi and Telecom issues
o PC Connectivity
o Basic Active Directory admin
o Ticketing System Service Now, or alternative
o Support MS Office Apps - MS Outlook
