Must have Airwatch and InTune.
Base Salary: $120K


User Support
  • Manage, support, and maintain mobility services for 1000 end-users in accordance with Hedgefund’s mobile device policy to include:
  • Working directly with end-users, executive management, suppliers and vendors to manage all issues and escalations 
  • Regularly interfacing with the Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution and internal infrastructure teams to manage and maintain the system
Operational Improvements
  • Identify service improvement opportunities and implement changes with mobility vendors.
  • Develop, document and implement operating procedures and general technical/mobility documentation process
  • Serve as key stakeholder in mobility contract negotiations 
  • Manage end-user training 
  • Manage mobile device deployment and maintain mobile device inventory
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs 
  • Manage and streamline daily operations for multiple mobile carriers

Reporting and Billing

  • Create, analyze and present reporting on mobile service financials to senior and business line managers, to include:
  • Providing regular statistical analysis about the availability, quality and satisfaction of the service
  • Tracking of the daily mobility operations to ensure that policies and procedures are being followed, goals and objectives are met, and services and projects are being accomplished efficiently and effectively within agreed service levels
  • Manage the daily operations of the Telecom Expense Management system (Tangoe)
  • Manage US carrier invoice loads into billing platform
  • Manage all mobile carrier optimizations across US and deliver optimal savings

  • At least 5 years work experience in technology, procurement or financial reporting position along with 2-3 years of experience focused directly on mobility service management and end-user support
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Experience defining and implementing business process improvements
  • Ability to analyze and report on statistical data
  • Experience in testing new or updated mobility technology
  • Experience running pilot programs as it relates to the mobility space
  • Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies
  • Strong experience working with the following technologies: 
Airwatch MDM software and infrastructure, Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune, Exchange ActiveSync, Tangoe, iOS, RSA, DuoSecurity Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SCCM/SCEP, ServiceNow, Footprints / Remedy, MS Office, MS Excel and MS project
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
